Hello,
This flat panel monitor powers up sometimes, has OSD
can apply signal to cable, it yields great pic but not
all buttons respond. Sometimes it also has trouble
powering up, seemingly related to the button pcb assy
(trying to determine part #) but am not really sure.
I have not worked on LCD's monitor in the past, and
would like advice from a tech who has serviced a few.
Can someone with service literature please share case
history info on this model and advise whether Dell
provides support for this 2002 model unit??
