Yes, I know.
Last August, or there abouts, i had complained
enough to sencore and Thomson, call field service
reps, managers of distributors, that I finally got
a phone call from the writer of the CC program
himself.
Seems I had rattelled the cage of a Sencore
Applications engineer once to often, and they
wanted the writer to answer the questions that they
obviously couldn't.
He didn't answer them either, just talked about how
he had every operating system ever written on
computers and that CC worked on all of them.
And anyway, what do the other manufacturers have
for us like it?
I told him that I didn't think that anyone else
forced us to buy anything that wasted as much of
our time as CC did.
The conversation was over!!
I think now that NAP has somekind of an interface
box.
It's quite pricy.
Wonder if it works any better than the "force" did?
