[TechAssist] Cannot send link or page in I.E.6

Note: Followup: I went to add/delete programs, clicked on IE6, was
prompted to repair IE. I did that but no help.(see thread below)

One of my three networked PCs has this problem. I run Win98SE, Internet
Explorer version I.E.6.0.2800.1106IS. When I'm on the web, and go to
File,Send, then click "Page By Email" or "Link By Email" to send the
page to a friend, I click,and nothing.No action.Usually you then get the
email window where you enter the target address. Nothing.I've done
updates,Norton utilities,scandisk,etc no help. Do I need to blow IE6
away or click on a preference somewhere. I can click "Mail","read mail"
and it starts my Outlet Express OK.
Need help.
