Paul..I do not have default as an option...
Outlook Express should be selected...if not, or still problems, click reset web
settings...make sure to
uncheck reset home page, when that screen pops up.,

It's default. I am at wits end. I have no problem on my other identical
PC with same programs, both Netscape and IE6/OE.
