[TechAssist] CTC203 Won't Turn On (After HOT & Flyback Fix)

Chassis CTC203CA5
HOT shorted
MOSFET Regulator (Q14101) shorted
Q14103 (in regulator circuit) shorted
Two very small (TO-92) transistors were leaky
Replaced all the above & flyback (tested o.k.), 140V rectifier diode and
1600V box shaped cap's
TV will not turn on. Power supply is working (142VDC, 17VDC, -11.3VDC
measured at SMPS output).
No overload observed (100W light bulb not lit). Just won't turn on.
