[TechAssist] CTC177BP2, model 27GT600, one channel only, then snow on all channels

When the set first comes on the same channel is on all channels. After
about 3 minutes the same channel goes out of tune and then there is snow
with distortion on all channels. I replaced U7301 and Y7401 with no
change. The 12 and 33 volt lines are good. There are no shorted
transistors in the tuner. I thought I had seen all faults with RCA's,
but this one has me buffaloed. Anybody seen this before? I also did
the tuner wrap. Thanks.
