[TechAssist] Backup Question,making copy of e-mail folders to cd

Have Easy CD Creator 4 want to make copy of Tech assist e-mails I have on my
shop system so I don't lose all that info.
Were is this info stored on HD, after copy is made how do I use it?Will
Find function work for location a single subject or message?
