If there is no focus lock it will not spin....
Zap it with 12 v for a moment and see if it will spin...

Aiwa Stereo
Model: CX-NV2100U
Spindle motor will not spin.  Checked motor and connections from main board
to motor board.  Looking for a print to trace where the drive voltage comes
from.  Any help appreciated.
