i agree Phil,
if you hurt your back you loose more than one call.
I tell them i am a repair man not a delivery service. and they
should hire some one younger than me,to haul it.
most find a young strong friend or relative to deliver it.
It also helps keep my total bill down.
i only pickup warranty work when not fixable in the home.
