[TechAssist] 128-bit Encrytion

Anyone know how to set up Browser with 128-bit encryption...get back to me
privately and let me know. I want to know if I have it installed and if not
...how to install it.
I see Versign has it for download, but I think you have to pay for it.
I need it to submit Sales Tax...and maybe On-Line banking.
