[TCUG] SECTOR SCHEMES

Just to inform everybody that the new sector scheme / registration
scheme documentation has been released and can be found on the ASLEC /
HEA website:
http://www.highwayelectrical.org.uk/
There are a few interesting amendments including the fact that 'Approved
Persons' (clients / LA) do not currently need to complete an NVQ. This
was already known about by some clients / LA's but until now it was
never written into the official sector scheme document.
