[TCUG] Re Pedestrian nearside aspect

Do you think there should be a national advertising campaign, to promote the
use of puffins, there is a leaflet "HOW TO USE A PUFFIN CROSSING" available
free of charge from the DfT.
I would generally send this leaflet out to local schools, disabled groups
when installing this type of crossing.
