[TCUG] PUFFINS

I too have been very interested in the discussions on puffins. My
questions are more fundamental and I have raised the issue on a number of
occasions:
1. What proportion of puffins out there are working completely
satisfactory to spec, and
2. How much time and money is spent on maintenance and checking?
