Agree with the high value of the fliers meeting but in the same boat here
with getting there by 9am due to distance.

Hello - is there some way that such information could be (for example)
printed out and posted at sign-in? I definitely respect your concern
to make sure the word gets out, but it's typically impractical (due
to distance and meeting up with folks on the way) for me to arrive
quite at the very beginning of things (vs. a bit later in the morning).
So having it available on a "heads up" sheet to read at sign-in,
or perhaps even in a message to the mailing list (do portable
phones get signal out at the field?) might be a useful way to
fill the communication gap.
