Reading the actual text it looks like the only revision to existing law is to go from 500 grams (1.1 lb) total weight (engine and rocket) to 1500 grams (3.3 lb). Doesn’t change the materials or anything else, as the support letter implies. Step in the right direction, worth supporting. It would be nice to just revise the law to match Federal law.
