Chuck it. It is useless. That happens from either overcharging or from
storing charged or undercharged
for a long period of time. It will happen if you don't use the Lipo also
since the electrolyte will puff up as
it degrades over time. best thing todo is fully discharge and dispose in
hazmat site (like an old battery).

You should see what happens to a 4 or 6S lipo which has overcharged, I have
a lipo bag for that and they WILL CATCH FIRE.
Usually this is because you charged a 1C battery at 2 or 3C rate (can also
explode) or you have a bad electrolyte.

Don't punch a hole in it, that will either cause an explosion or fire, you
can google some crazy folks put nails in them.
Remember, LiIon batteries have NASTY chemicals in them.
