[tccrockets] 1s Lipo puffing up

So I get out some of rocket stuff and one of my 3.7v 1s LiPo batteries is 
puffing up big time.

What is the solution,

  1.  Just throw it away
  2.  Freeze it
  3.  Poke a hole to let gas out…LOL
  4.  Something else?
