[tcb] oil leak....still

it's dry around the cooler (as far as i can tell), there isn't any oil on the
top of the case, the dipstick is fixed, the push rod tubes look good, basically
i'm down to the cooler is leaking and i'm a doofus, or the fly wheel seal. it's
a pressure leak cause it wont' do it unless i go over 55.
