Darn Adan; you outta be ashamed of yourself, working on a piece of American
history, and a Plymouth at that, while all the cool VWs were in
Nacogdoches. We wondered where you were.

Denis: If you are replacing these things as original (grey cardboard/panel board) your best bet is to order the replacements from Wolfsburg West. They don't cost much and they fit perfectly. I have successfully, but with lots of work, made them from the panel board that you build door panels out of after making a pattern with poster board. But let me tell you, it ain't worth the effort. And if you are trying to make it out of the 1/8 birch panel board, good luck. That stuffs too thick. It just won't bend enough where it needs to bend. By far the easiest is to get the reproduction ones from Wolfsburg, start feeding them from the back into the tracks and push them in. If you are trying to put them in from the bottom, which is what you have to do in a single cab, then good luck. It's a lot of work and you are probably going to tear up one or two before you get them in. Sammie
