yes, it's retirement. joined the ranks of sammie, terry, chuck and. gee, oh
yeah, you! did my part for our economy, retired to let someone else take my
job. retired feb 1st. official letter arrived last thursday. no more
nightmares about some admin screw up. i am officially a bum. well sort
of.........
retirement gift from kennie is a shop. it's very nice. lift should be installed
next week. shop weatherford will be open very soon! time to get to
work............well as soon as the pasture work is done. only about 6 more
acres to more mow, then spray, then mow another 20 acres to mow and spray.
them cows are a pain.....but the baby calves are sooooo cute!

yes, i'm planning on joining the parade, for now. depending on the weather, i
may go to the park a day early. there are quite a few hiking trails at mission
tejas that could be explored now that there's time.
Julie, i'll probably head down to galveston a day early, too. I can lend a
hand with the cooking if you need help.
