I generally sleep curled up on the back seat without pulling out the bed. It's the only way I can stay "curled up" enough to keep me from having back issues in the morning and "hey dude, you stopped breathing" issues at night. I sleep sitting in a chair at home (really need to find a less-than-$400 mattress {TwinXL} for my hospital bed). When I get daring and pull out the bed I sleep with my head to the rear because that's the direction my drunk self is crawling as I enter.
