Who's the optimistic manager? In DC if they even get a hint of ice or snow
there's an immediate panic, offices close and contingency plans come out of
the filing cabinets.
I guess we're from Texas so we're tougher and can handle adverse weather
conditions better.
Now would the idiots in Pickup Trucks and SUVs with two wheel drive only
please remember that they're not indestructible please?
