[tcb] Parts washer fluid

What do you use in a parts washer? When I bought mine a few years ago from
Harbor Freight I am not sure what I put in it but I am pretty sure it was a
yellow liquid and in a gallon jug. Well it ate the paint inside the parts
washer. I have kept it closed for years and just had the courage to open it
up. Yuck! It is still full and looks moldy and gross. After I clean it out,
what should I use?
