When I had the Vanagon painted and we started reassembly, It took 3 of us to 
get the windshield installed. Never again will I try that. Side windows and 
back glass wasn't bad with assistance. (and a lot of adult beverages)

I have put in dozens of VW windows including front windshields in split 
busses.  I agree with you Katrina.  Leave the bay windshield to the 
professionals.  If it breaks it's their cost.

I agree, you must have two people. Dan & I did all of Homers windows.
It's a pain in the ass to put some of the window seals in.
Sometimes they gone in easy, then sometimes they just don't. 
Hey and don't even try doing the front window, just call a glass Company to
put it in.
