I know there are no relays, I should have been more specific. when I went thru all my electrical I replaced my gas gauge and sending unit. the only problem I have with mine now is it never registers full when I fill up the tank. what I also meant to say your headlight switch could be wired up wrong, or going bad, making your gas gauge register wrong.

When I turn on the lights the needle instantly pegs past full. Any ideas as to what is wrong?-Dan
