That's how it should be. The beans and 
cheese are served on the side and if you want beans, you put them in the bowl 
and spoon the chili over it. There ain't no beans in 
chili.

  Thank you.  I might be from Texas, but my chili must have 
  beans,cheese, and onions.  And yes, I will be sleeping in the top 
  bunk.  Mark will be making the chili, but I will make beans on the side
