Hi Elaine,

Woe, you are way out. Talks hasn't been £250 for about two years, and even
then, it was for the 9210/9210I.

The price for Talks as a full version is £150.00, but Ann already owns a
copy of Talks, so she would get it at the upgrade cost of £50.00. The only
other charge is £10.00, which is optional, if she wants to send us the phone
for installation, and is just to cover return shipping.

All the best

hi ann,

depends where you got the phone from.

Vodafone to my knowledge are the only service provider that gives talkx to
their visually impaired customers free of charge.

but you have to ask for it and they order the phone for you with talk pre
installed. I know this as I purchased my phone from them with talkx.

you can however purchase talkx directly from Steve nut and i'm sure he'll be
along to tell you prices and all that.

i'm pretty certain talkx is £250 but hay dont shoot me if i'm slightly out
on prices.
