Hi Clive,

Yes. Basically, if you haven't used the phone as an upgrade when you sell
it, keep the IMEI number, and order your cross phone on that IMEI.

All the best

Steve

Subject: [talks-uk] Re: licensing

Hello everyone,

Sorry to add to the confusion! All this prompts me to ask: As Talks is tied
to the handset's IMEI number, if you were to remove it before selling the
phone, which seems to be the best way to avoid infringement, am I right in
saying you would need a new license code when installing Talks on another
phone, and would this count as a cross-phone license?

Best wishes,

Clive Pallett
