Hi Steve and Eleanor,

Not sure if my last mesage got through as it doesn't appear to have arived
in my inbox yet.

all atempts to solve my inbox query have failed. I have tried all steps
suggested and yes, i was selecting key one and not the number one on the
phone keys.

I get to options but when on my inbox, I am presented with 9 options and non
of them make reference to what I am looking for.

On a more general point, whenever I have been sent any instructions for my
mobile phone which is the Nokia 6600, I have found hat I can not complete
all steps and this has been ratehr annoying to say the least.

My phone seems to have been set up in a different way.

Again, any help would be appreciated.

Paul.
