Unfortunately, I haven't seen this phone, so cannot point you in the direction of your log. It normally resides in the tools menu somewhere, or within an application like utilities. Wherever it is hiding, go into the log, then the options menu, and arrow to settings. In there, you need to set all your days to something above zero in order for them to display. Mine are all set to 30 which I think is the default. As I say, please let me know if you are stuck, and I'll try to help further. In the settings, set all your missed, received and dialled number calls to 30 or so days, then you should hopefully be sorted. If you are stuck, let me know and I'll try to help you further. It isn't enough to have two of them set to 30 days and one to 0. I helped someone out recently whose dialled numbers, received and missed calls weren't being displayed. Two of them were set to 30 days, but one wasn't, and once it was set to the same as the others, it worked. Not sure if this is what you mean, but give it a go anyway.
