You can upgrade through Vodafone, or through us. I don't know Voda's policy
on upgrading, but we charge £50.00 for the upgrade, and if you want us to put
it on the phone, optionally, it is an extra tenner just to cover return
postage. So if you wanted to send us the phone, the cost would be £60.00
altogether. But if you install it yourself, then the cost would be £50.00.

Hi Ann,
Yes, go into Tools, Profiles, then go into the General Profile, or which
ever one you are using, select Personalise, then turn off keypad tones. That
should prevent the freezing. Alternatively, upgrade to Talks Version 3.0.5,
the latest version, and this problem will be completely gone.
