Hi Ann,
It is probably the 6680. This is a known problem with some older versions
of the phone's firmware. You can go to the Nokia web site
http://www.nokia.co.uk, download the Nokia Updater, and update the firmware
if you like. If you are not confident to do that, you can send us the phone
with a tenner, and we will update the firmware for you.
