Hi,

i hope i can make this message make sense...anyway i was given a phone but

unfortunately i cant seem to use it so have decided to buy one myself and
also i've decided to buy talks.

i know the phones these days are a bit hard to use generally. i need a
phone where i can feel the buttons and i can define each button. i also
had difficulty with the scrolling button. is there any model that is a
little more easy to use....ie has a more simple layout and the buttons are

more defined?
also, am i able to put talks on a phone myself instead of having to send
it away for someone to do it for me?

thanks for any help and sorry for the length of this enormous message.
lol.
