Hussein With reference to your e-mail below, how can I transfer programmes/applications from my C Drive to the E drive on my phone? or do I have to remove them and reinstall? How do I delete the Internet cashe also? If you mean 2.2MB free on the phone memory, this is very low indeed and it would explain your error trying to install your application. I suggest you take a look through the list that appears when you select to view memory details, see which folders are using the most space, and see if you can't shift some content onto the mass memory. For comparison, my N95 8GB has 22MB free. I started noticing some minor problems at 16MB free. You may have taken up a lot of space on the phone memory with the internet cache. It may be worth emptying this. This will not affect overall phone performance, but will free up badly needed space. _______________________________________ Have a pleasant day, Kind Regards and Best Wishes, Hussein. Go to Menu > Tools > File Manager > Options > Memory details. Let it scan the memory and then advise. This is just to rule out for definite that there is not actually insufficient space on the phone memory. _______________________________________ Have a pleasant day, Kind Regards and Best Wishes, Hussein. An N96 has a lot of memory without a memory card. I have Applications only on the phone memory as such and all other data on the other part of the phone memory. Excuse me not being technical but hopefully you will understand what I am trying to say, I think they call it Mass Memory!!! Anyway, we all know the N96 has its problems and mine does with my e-mail boxes being obliterated from time to time. However, a new and strange one for me in the past few days, Eloquence was totally deleted from the phone, but I still had the tts voice so I was not totally lost so Talks was still there. I reinstalled Eloquence so that is fine. Now I come to the problem I am having recently. When I go to install on the phone, I get a message about memory low and to delete files in order to free up space. This is when I am installing to the phone's memory but I haven't anything more on it than I have on the memory of my N95 Standard so I am not stretching the phone memory. Anyone got any ideas on this one please. Not sure which version of the nokia N95 that you have, but my suggestion is to install as many applications as you can to the phone memory, and this also includes talks, hopefully this may help to resolve your problem. also close any unused applications that may be consuming executable memory in the phone. this may speed up response time.
