Hi Amro Thanks for your help, I have passed your response on to my friend. Talks obviously can't read those graphics and says "I" instead. It could be that what is happening with your friend's E5? A sighted help can confirm what's on the screen... However, mine is also set the same way so that makes no difference. Thanks for your help however. However, she finds that when reading messages which may have a smiley face :) or sad face :( etc Eloquence doesn't appear to read these whereas on her previous phone with an earlier version of Talks this was not a problem. I too have the latest version of Talks installed on an N86 but do not have this problem. Any ideas why this may be the case?
