Hi

The punctuation is set to read none.

However, mine is also set the same way so that makes no difference.

Thanks for your help however.

Could depend on what settings her punctuation is set at it can be set at
read some all most or non, by using the talks key followed by number for and
it is a toggle.

Subject: [talks-uk] PROBLEMS READING PUNCTUATION

Hi

I have a fried who has recently purchased a Nokia E5 and has the latest
version of Talks installed with Eloquence.

However, she finds that when reading messages which may have a smiley face
:) or sad face :( etc Eloquence doesn't appear to read these whereas on her
previous phone with an earlier version of Talks this was not a problem.

I too have the latest version of Talks installed on an N86 but do not have
this problem.

Any ideas why this may be the case?
