Just ring T-Mobile and tell them your problem. If they replace the Sim, it
will have your same phone number on it anyway.

It doesn't happen all the time but more often than not.
Can't actually remember how old the sim card is not 3 years old I don't
think.
If I did need another one where do I get one from and how do I restore my
number to it or do I need to talk to t-mobile about it?
