Hi Debbie,
Does this happen every time, or intermittently? Also, how old is your Sim
card? If it is over 3 or 4 years old, you might need a new one, for 3G
capabilities and things like that. It sounds like your Sim may be the
problem, but I am not 100 percent about that.

I have a new N73 phone which I have no set up.
There is nothing wrong with my t-mobile connection but when I want to make a
call I get a no connection message.
The battery is fine and there is normally plenty of reception bars on the
phone.
