Exactly. I have never had a problem with Play, though I do agree that it is
not UK firmware that you get with their phones, and you can't always update
it when new firmware is released.

Those phones which sell through Play.com are not UK models, thus if
something goes wrong are not covered by Nokia UK for warranty, thus you'll
have to pay a lot more for repair if it goes wrong...
