Hi amro Well I am trying to up-date my phone, I have successfully up-dated talks but I would like to up-date my phone itself, I have just looked on the nokia website, I can only up-date my phone either from the phone itself but the up-date keeps failing, not sure why or via the nokia software up-dater on the pc, not sure how to do this if I can't get the phone to work on the pc. I had it working on the xp machine but that is hashed right now. I can see that there are 4 up-dates for my phone but the mainone is 15 mb and I can't download it. This is where I am having problems. Any ideas please? PC suite mode and file transfer mode are two of them. However, if you don't get this dialog when connecting your phone then go to menu>settings>connectivity>USB and set the option "ask on connection" to yes. Reconnect your phone and that connection dialog should appear now. Sorry I don't understand your question about that file you talk about. Can you tell us more about what you are trying to do?
