[talks-uk] Changing the outgoing ring tone.

Hi,
Can anyone on this list tell me if and how to change the outgoing ring tone on
a mobile phone. The reason is that I phoned someone the other day and instead
of getting the normal ringing before the phone is answered, I got "the red nose
reindeer music instead before the phone was answered and I'm wondering how
this was achieved, anyone know?
