Hi Sandra.

Sorry I was unable to respond to your query as soon as I'd have liked, but a
series of computer problems meant I couldn't access my email.

Anyway, that aside, I would highly recommend you read the manual that came with
the Bluetooth keyboard you received. The best policy in these matters is to
visit the manufacturers website, whose contact details would be provided on the
CD rom in a readme file or something similar. The reason I say this is that
different keyboards have different installation and setup procedures. For
instance, the nokia keyboard has a driver provided by Nokia that automatically
walks you through setting the keyboard up IE pairing, language and layout etc.

Before you are going to connect the keyboard to your phone though, I suggest
you make sure Bluetooth is enabled. You can do this by going to the
connectivity icon on your phone's menu and selecting Bluetooth as on and
phone's visibility to shown to all.

Hope this helps and if you've any further queries, please don't hesitate to get
in touch.

Best wishes, Ibrahim
