Hi Barbara, Sounds like your internet connection is failing somewhere. When you select trial, it goes online to update the licence manager. After all the talk I thought I'd try this while having my lunch. I have installed the correct version and when I first launched the app connected to activate the 7 day demo. However, all I get now when I open the program are three options: Try for free 7 days left, Buy full license and enter license code. When I go to Options there is only Select, Update, Enter license code, About and Exit, nothing which actually allows me to use the program. This is not described in the manual, but rather the way they write it it should work straight away. If I try to select the 7 day demo option, I get a failure to connect message. This is not my phone as it is connecting to all other services without any difficulty. I don't plan to waste a lot of time working this thing out, but there is something simple I am doing wrong I would like to know so I can have a quick play.
