Hi Steve, You're mistaken my friend. Under S60 v3 go to Messaging > Email > Mailboxes > <mailbox name> > Retrieval Settings > Folder Subscriptions. You may have to open the root folder to see folders contained inside it. After this you can subscribe to additional folders as required.
