TalkSerotek: behavior of new updated SA

Hi all,
Has anyone noticed that the latest update is less responsive in some
ways? For example, when it is reading a web site, one used to be able
to press the ctrl-key and it would immediately stop reading. This is
no longer the case.
Also, when using the arrow keys to review what has been written in
email or anywhere else, the punctuation is not announced when the
arrow key goes over it. This is somewhat disconcerting,
could it be changed back to its original behavior?
Also, when backspacing, there is no announcement of the punctuation
which one has erased.
