TalkSerotek: System Access plus Darci U S B - switch help?

We tried S A with a sip and puff and it did not work very well. The user was not able to produce the right stream of air as required. I had mentioned our research to the list in the past (during the Summer). BUT what worked well was System Access with Darci U S B. The Darci allows someone who knows Morse to input information, instead of doing it with the regular keyboard. So, my friend and client is able to use Darci and System Access behaves very friendly. The challenge now is to have the switch made that will allow this person to activate it with his chin, the only part of the body that seems to have some movement left. Does anyone know about a volunteer organization of engineers who will setup these types of aids? It seems the local Rehab Centre will take about a year to help my friend.

Thank you for your suggestions.
