Hi John,I took a look at Windows Mail that's included in Vista. You just type mail in the search box and boom, you're in. Asks you to configure it first thing. Looks similar to OE. I didn't see any differences. I'm sure there are some, but I just played for half an hour. I've got a student in similar straights.
Her computer person configured Vista for her hotmail account, but didn't use Windows Mail seemingly. Configured it some other way. <sigh> I do wish when techies configure stuff tyey'd leave a note for the trainer to say what the devil they did!

Hi folks,
I am hoping someone can share some experience using Windows live mail. I want to possibly install it for a student who does not have outlook and is having some trouble with the generic windows mail client and system access.
When I tried to download it to investigate it, I don't think I got the file I needed. I tried to get the program through the system access help and associated link but it did not look right. Thanks for any help.
