Ann and All, . Just as an FYI I am posting the below message from a Users Forum. .There was actually a message on the recorded system when you call the 800 number for serotek that indicated that there was some internet connection issues going on this morning and that thwy were working to fix the problem.

Um, folks, posting to the users' forum does no good at all if one cannot get to SAMN. I suppose I should join this list from my other account just to make sure I have an information source, but posting to SAMN when folks can't get to it is, um, err, kinda like trying to talk in a well filled with feathers.
