Other applications can come into play here as well. Example: What anti-virus software is installed? What anti-spyware software is installed? What firewall do you use? At what point does the crash happen?
1. I open Outlook Express. 2. I open a message. 3. I close a message. 4. I reply to a message. 5. I forward a message.Another factor is the lay-out. Are you showing or hiding the preview pane? Are others seeing Outlook Express crashes? Does the crash happen only with the installed version or does it happen with satogo running as well?
So many questions... Inquiring minds want to know. Thanks Original message:

Hi All, Since the update I have been having continual problems with Outlook Express.I can open the programme and my messages download, but after a short while it just crashes and I cannot check for any more messages and can't even close the programme. The only option is to re-start the computer. This is driving me mad! Is anyone else having the same problem? Hope you can help! Thanks, Maggie
