You will certainly have more configurability with either Window eyes, and/or
Jaws. On the other hand, accessing your home pc, or having your settings
migrate with you are nice features that you don't get with the other two screen
readers, at least not without a lot of work, and/or money involved.

window-eyes has a payment plan where you can pay $40 a month over 2 years
and then get your full copy. I agree with Rick here. I might as well just
get window-eyes or use NVDA. If it were $10 or $15 a month I would. But the
same price as window-eyes about? no.
